My real name isn't Callisto. That was my--choosen name I guess you could call it. I had always liked the name and during the seventies it was unusual. When I became a band-aid,I had everyone call me Callisto and before you knew it the name stuck. My real name you ask? It's Jade. Yeah I know. You're thinking suuure But it is. Jade Anna Wakefield. I write mystery novels now and I use my real name as my pnseydome. My son, Steven-Chris asked me about it once. I told him that way fans wouldn't bother us. Aerosmith fans and mystery seeker fans. He seemed to like that explanation.

It was the seventies. Let me begin by saying I was young and dumb. I was a know it all who thought she had the right thing goin' on. I laugh know to think of how full of myself I really was. Geez. So many mistakes could have been advoided. But I didn't know that then. I knew one thing, however...I was in love. In love with Steven Tyler lead singer of the most popular band in America, Aerosmith. And to think years before that, I would have nothing to do with him at all. Strange how things change on you like that isn't it? Steven grew on me. We were perfect for each other and the world knew it. I think he was going to marry me.

Whatever happened to that I'll never know.

"Baby did I tell you I love you?" Steven Tyler asked his girlfriend at the time, Callisto Wakefield.
Callisto turned to him with a smile on her face. "Not yet," she said.
Steven pulled her into an embrace. "Well I do y'know, babee," he whispered nibbling her ear.
Callisto smiled. "I love you too Steve." She replied kissing on his full, pouty lips. She loved his lips. She loved everything about him. Steven wasn't perfect, goddess above knew he had his faults but for the most part he was...wonderful. Simply delicious. Like now.

Steven for once was relaxed. The Toys in the Attic tour was really rough. It was their first succesful album. And just after it's realese he'd run into Callisto, whom he knew from Hopedale. Someone who had known the band before they were a band. Home root connection.
Steven loved her. He knew that. He loved her long wavy gold curls that tumbled softly to her shoulders. He loved her big blue-green eyes that always seeemed full of mischeif. Yes, Steven Tyler was in--love. And, he couldn't have been happier.
And, like always, just when you were getting something going on, a knock at the door interupted them. Steven sighed.
    "Damn." He mumbled.
"Don't answer it," Callisto said kissing his bare chest.
"Could be important," Steven pointed out. "I bet it's somethin' about the concert tonight." He stood and reluctantly slipped on a pair of pants. "Okay okay, I'm comin'!"     Callisto stood and slipped on a silk red robe just in case it was Jack Douglass or someone else and not the Chinese food guy. Where was their delivery? They had phoned a few minutes ago and got side tracked with other things...
Steven ran a hand though his hair and opened the door. "Hey Joe," he said to the tall, musclar guitar player who nodded. Joe's curly dark hair fell in his face. A piece in the front was died blonde, making him look très cool.
"Hey Steve. Hey Callie. Uhm...you guys have any blow?"
Wow, this was a change. Usually it was Steven going over to Joe asking for blow. Callisto frowned. Something was definately up here.
Obviously, Steven thought so too. "Uh, sure man. But I get an owsie now." He walked to the closet and let Joe in. Joe trailed in behind Steven and sank into a chair looking relieved. Steven dug through his and Callisto's things, pulled out a shoe box, opened it and pulled a shoe out. From the shoe he pulled out some coke. He walked back over to Joe and handed it too him.
    Joe just sat there quietly.
Steven gave Callisto a look. She shrugged. Something was definately going on with Joe. What could it be?
"Elyssa kicked me out," Joe finally managed in a hoarse voice.
"Kicked you out?" Callisto repeated. "What? Why?"
"I'd say good riddance," Steven muttered, and Callisto elbowed him.
"Well...she just..did." Joe said flatly. "I don't know why." But from that answer it was obvious Joe did know why his wife kicked him out.
"So." Joe said standing. "Thanks for the blow. I already booked a room here."
"Oh." said Steven. "So are you guys getting a divorce?" he asked. Callisto shot him a look. He could be so insensitive at times. Not that she was a fan of Elyssa Perry mind you but she was a fan of Joe. A friend at that too.
"I don't know." Joe looked back out at them, a lost tiny puppy-dog look on his face. Callisto felt sorry for Joe.
"Do you want me to talk to Elyssa?" She asked him.
He swung his head around to meet hers. "No!" He said forcefully. She blinked.
"I just asked, sorry." Callisto said.
"It's okay," apologized Joe. "It just wouldn't be a good idea if you went to talk to Elyssa is all. She's...not at her best right now."
    "Oh." Callisto nodded.
